Overview
We’re hiring experienced carpenters to support residential projects including remodels, framing, repairs, decks, gazebos, flooring, trim, and general punch-out work. We’re looking for dependable professionals who take pride in clean, accurate craftsmanship and can work efficiently as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Perform residential carpentry work: framing, repairs, trim, doors, decking, and general remodel tasks
Read and follow basic plans/measurements; layout and cut materials accurately
Install materials and finishes with attention to detail and jobsite cleanliness
Troubleshoot field issues and communicate needs clearly with the lead
Maintain safety standards and keep tools/materials organized
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of construction/carpentry experience
Strong working knowledge of hand and power tools, measuring, cutting, fastening, and finishing
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and perform physical jobsite tasks
Must have own tools (standard carpenter kit)
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
Punctual, professional, and able to work independently when needed

We’re hiring a Construction Material Handler to support our residential crews by keeping materials moving, jobsites clean, and projects running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who’s dependable, motivated, and ready to learn—your work directly helps the crew stay productive and deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities
Load/unload and move materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
Stage materials where the crew needs them (lumber, flooring, sheet goods, hardware, etc.)
Maintain a clean, organized jobsite (sweeping, debris removal, dump runs as needed)
Assist with basic demolition, site prep, and punch-list support under direction
Protect finished areas (floor coverings, masking, cleanup) and respect the customer’s home
Follow safety procedures and communicate clearly with the lead/crew
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 months construction/jobsite experience (laborer, helper, warehouse, moving, etc.)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, carry materials, and work on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable using basic hand tools (tape measure, utility knife, broom, wheelbarrow, etc.)
Punctual, reliable, and able to take direction well
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and safety

Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage a steady pipeline of residential and commercial opportunities
Respond to inbound leads, run discovery calls, schedule site visits, and qualify prospects
Present services, educate clients, and recommend scopes that fit their goals and budget
Work closely with production/field teams to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and expectations
Prepare and deliver proposals, follow up consistently, and close projects
Build local referral networks (realtors, property managers, HOAs, insurance contacts, vendors)

Required Qualifications

Highly organized—comfortable managing multiple bids, follow-ups, and client timelines

Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel locally

Experience selling remodels, decks, roofing, flooring, restoration, or commercial build-outs
Existing local network in real estate, property management, or commercial services
CRM experience and basic estimating familiarity
